After 3 h oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) followed by 12 h incubation with RA, cell viability and LDH leakage were assessed. RA indicated Rosmarinic acid. OGD, oxygen-glucose deprivation. Values are mean ± S.D. (n = 6). Significance was determined by one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett's test. ^# P <0.01 versus normal group; ^* P <0.05, ^** P <0.01 versus Control group.
