Intrathecal SB203580 treatment reduces the quantity of CD207-positive cells in the epidermis of db/db mice. Representative images of CD207 immunohistochemistry of hind foot pads from db/+ (A,B) and db/db (C,D) mice at 8 weeks of age after 1 week of intrathecal artificial cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) or SB203580 (SB) treatment. Compared to the CSF-treated db/db mice, SB203580 treatment reduced the quantity of CD207-positive cells in the epidermis (compare C and D, arrows) of the treated db/db mice.
