Cytokine and Chemokine release of unstimulated and stimulated microglial cells. Tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α (A), chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1) (B), macrophage inflammatory protein (MIP)-2 (C), interleukin (IL)-6 (D) and IL-10 (E) concentrations (in pg/ml) in the supernatant of microglial cell cultures after 24 h of stimulation with 0.1 μg/ml Pam₃CSK₄, 0.01 μg/ml lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and 1 μg/ml CpG. Data are given as medians with interquartile ranges.
