The effects of anti-CKLF1 antibody on production of TNF-α, IL-1β, MIP-2 and IL-8. Anti-CKLF1 antibody (0.1, 0.5 or 1 μg) was injected into the right cerebral ventricle immediately after reperfusion. Treatment with anti-CKLF1 antibody decreased the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, MIP-2 and IL-8 in ischemic brain tissue in a dose-dependent manner. Each data point shows the mean ± SEM for five rats. ### P < 0.001, compared with sham-operated group; *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, compared with vehicle group.
