IL- 1R1 is expressed in rat cortical neurons in vitro and in vivo . Double-labeling immunofluorescence showed that Tuj1-positive cells colocalized with IL-1R1 in cultured cortical neurons (A-C) and in the coronal sections of the rat neocortex at P0 (D-F).
