The brain axial view shows increased [11C](R)PK11195 binding in the AD subject (yellow-red spots) in comparison to the healthy control subject. Standardized uptake value (SUV) defined by the ratio of brain to reference region (supervised reference tissue extraction) radioactivity was used for estimating [11C](R)PK11195 binding.
