Functional assessment for behavior after cell transplantation. NSS tests 7 and 14 days after TBI surgery show that the scores significantly increased immediately after TBI (P <0.01 versus sham). However, compared with the TBI group 7 and 14 days after the injury, the NSS of rats that received separate or combined transplantation of NSCs and OECs significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the scores in co-grafted rats are even lower (P <0.05). *Statistical significance of P <0.05. #Statistical significance of P <0.01.
