(a) Dose-response to acetylcholine after ischemia/reperfusion and thrombolysis. Endothelial relaxation was expressed as percentage of change in diameter of pre-constricted arteries measured after 72 hours of reperfusion. (b) Dose response to acetylcholine after vinblastine pretreatment in control rats. Vinblastine was used for neutrophil depletory and administered four days before the administration of G-CSF.
