  1. Measurements were performed before MCAO (base) and at 30 min of reperfusion after drug administration as described in Methods. All measurements other than temperature were performed in blood. Data are presented as mean ± SD for n = 3 in each group. Measurements were also performed for sham group. No significant differences were observed among the groups.
