Two-way ANOVA for recovery of dendrite length had P < 0.0001 for TR APOE but P > 0.05 for Sholl compartment. In the proximal Sholl compartment, one-way ANOVA had P < 0.0001 for % change in dendrite length among TR APOE; Bonferroni-corrected repeated pair analysis had *P < 0.001 for TR APOE2 or TR APOE3 vs. TR APOE4 but ^P > 0.05 for TR APOE2 vs. TR APOE3.
