Pre-treatment with IFN-γ reduces the survival of neurons incubated with amyloid-β 1-42 . The survival of primary cortical neurons pre-treated with 1 ng/ml TNFα, IL-1β, IL-6 or IFN-γ prior to the addition of 10 μm amyloid-β1-42 (shaded bars) or 10 μm amyloid-β42-1 (open bars).
