Influence of toxin pertussis (PTX) on the NGF mRNA production by T98G cells following stimulation with MAP-C3a or MAP-C5a (10-8M). Cells were pre-incubated for 4 h with PTX (200 ng/ml) and then stimulated by MAP-C3a or MAP-C5a for 4 h. Cells were also incubated with PTX alone. Total RNA was extracted and RT-PCR was performed.
