From: 15d-PGJ2 induces apoptosis of mouse oligodendrocyte precursor cells
The effect of 15d-PGJ2-induced death is dependent on the developmental stage of oligodendrocytes. mOP cells were induced to differentiate in DM and then treated with 15d-PGJ2 for 24 h. Toxicity was examined by MTT assay (A) and by counting cells with condensed nuclei stained by the nuclear dye bisbenzimide (B).
