Microglial protein extracts were prepared after 24 h of incubation with LPS, and subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by immunoblot analysis using specific antibodies for each protein. B: Quantitative densitometric analysis of mPGES-1 and COX-2 protein expression normalized to actin loading control.
