B: Moderate reduction in LPS-mediated 8-iso-PGF2α formation by the antioxidants Trolox C and α-tocopherol. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001 with respect to LPS alone. For both panels, histograms represent mean ± S.E.M. of 4 independent experiments. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA followed by Student-Newman-Keuls post-hoc test.
