TLR2-mediated expression of CCL2 in response to Yps3p. ELISA assay was performed with purified microglial cells from wild-type and TLR2 knockout mice following exposure with 3 μg/ml Yps3p. Data are presented as relative induction of CCL2 and bars represent the mean ± SD of triplicate samples, which are representative of at least three independent experiments.
