Effect of DEDA on release of AA, cell morphology and levels of GSH in PC-12 cells. (A) Neuronal PC12 cells were labeled with [¹⁴C] AA over night as described in Methods. Cells were treated with 20 μM of DEDA for 2 hour followed by treatment with TNF-α (100 ng/ml) or/and H₂O₂ (20 μM). After 3 h, radioactivity released in the medium (100 μl) was measured. (B) Morphology of PC12 cells after treatment with AA (50 μM) and DEDA (20 μM). (C) Effect of AA (100 μM) and DEDA (20 μM) on the GSH level.
