Transgenic and non-transgenic groups were compared at each age using the 2-tailed t-test (* p = 0.05-0.01; ** p = 0.01-0.001; *** p = < 0.001); comparison of the 3 months groups (APP23 and controls) with aged groups using Dunnetts test showed significant increases (p < 0.05) at 24 months.
