Recombinant human DAF dose response to C3a generation in cultured primary neurons. Primary rat cortical neurons were exposed to glucose free medium containing 1.5 mM NaCN for 1 hr, then recovered in normal medium for 4 hrs with 0, 50, 200, 400 (ng/mL) of recombinant human DAF respectively. (a) Cell lysate was immunoblotted with anti c3a and anti β-actin antibodies (n = 5). (b) Data were quantified by densitometry.
