Effect of resveratrol on MAP kinase activation by LPS in glial cells. N9 cells (A) or murine primary astrocytes (B) were treated with various concentrations of resveratrol (RV) for 1 h followed by LPS stimulation (N9 cells: 0.2 μg/ml for 30 min; astrocytes: 0.5 μg/ml for 20 min).
