ND02, at doses ranging from 1.6 to 62.5 mg/kg, was administered intravenously 30 min after cerebral I/R. #P < 0.01 vs. sham group; *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 vs vehicle-treated group. Cerebral infarct volume and brain water content between groups were compared using one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett's test. Neurological scores between groups were compared using a nonparametric test.
