  1. ND02 was administered at a dose of 25 mg/kg as a single intravenous bolus injection 30 min after cerebral I/R. This led to significantly decreased neurological deficit scores and reduced cerebral infarct volume within 14 days after I/R. Data are means ± SD, each group is 20 rats. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 vs vehicle-treated group. Cerebral infarct volumes of different groups were compared using one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett's test. Neurological deficit scores between groups were compared using a nonparametric test.
