In BzATP-infused animals, monocytes are observed in the FPC at 1 day after SE (B1). Two-to-three days after SE, the number of CD68-positive cells is significantly increased, and their morphologies are changed to a ramified form (B2-3). In OxATP-infused animals, monocytes are observed in the FPC at 2 days after SE (C1).
