Treatment of BV2 microglial cells with immune complexes leads to induction of components of the MMP2 and MMP9 systems. Panels A and C show the average (± SEM) mRNA levels of the MMP2 (A) and MMP9 (C) systems in BV2 cells treated with IgG, Abeta, Abeta immune complexes (Abeta IC) or tau immune complexes (tau IC) for 24 hours.
