OX-42 and SphK1 expression in AMC in the corpus callosum of 5-d-old rats subjected to hypoxia for 2 h and sacrificed at 15 min, 1 and 6 h. OX-42 and SphK1 expression is noticeably increased after hypoxia (Ba-b, Ca-b, Da-b) compared with that in control (Aa-b). Co-expression is seen in merged images in Ac, Bc, Cc and Dc (arrows).
