MSCs and SB623 cells skew the "activated" T cell secretome profile. Human T cells were co-cultured with MSCs or SB623 cells for 7 days in the absence of exogenous cytokines. To measure the activated T cell secretome profile, the cultures were stimulated with suboptimal doses of PMA/Ionomycin and Brefeldin A for an additional 6 hr prior to intracellular flow cytometry analysis of cytokines.
