Pro-inflammatory stimulation increases PD-L1 and PD-L2 expression on human brain endothelial cells. Human brain endothelial cells were either left untreated or stimulated with inflammatory cytokines as indicated and then PD-L1 and PD-L2 expression was determined by qPCR and flow cytometry. A.
