Induction of c-Src signaling cascades by traumatic stress. Rats were killed 1, 3, or 7 days after traumatic stress (n = 5 for each time point). Cross sections of frontal cortex were immunostained with anti-c-Src antibody (A), and the density of immunopositive cells was semi-quantified in three randomly chosen areas (B). Real-time PCR was used to analyze microRNAs in frontal cortex (C). Con: control; T1, 3, 7: 1, 3, 7 days after trauma. Data are presented as percentage of control.
