Cells were treated with vehicle (A-C); 3 μg SNCA (D-F) or 3 μg amyloid-β (G-I) for 24 hours at which point cells were fixed and immunostained for the p65 subunit of NFĸB (green; localization indicated by white arrows) and mounted in medium containing the nuclear stain DAPI.
