(A) Host (H), peritumor (P) and tumor (T) tissues of GBM were obtained by neuronavigation and protein expression levels of pro-inflammatory molecules were measured using western blotting. Values obtained from densitometric analysis of RAGE, P2X7R, COX2, NOS2 and PTX3 in tumor and peritumor tissues with respect to host cells from each biopsy are expressed as arbitrary units in each graph. A representative western blot for each molecule is shown on the left side. β-Actin was used as a loading control.
