  1. Measurements were performed before CCI (basal) and at 3 hours after CCI or 1 hour after drug administration (50 μg/kg body weight, oral). Data are presented as mean ± SD for n = 5 animals in each group. No significant differences were observed among untreated and treated groups of sham or injured animals.
