Myelin-mediated inhibition of lymph node proliferation and myelin migration to CD169 + macrophages in popliteal lymph nodes. (a) DiI-labeled myelin was injected subcutaneously in the footpad of healthy animals. DiI-flourescene was determined 4d post-injection by flow cytometry. One experiment is shown.
