  1. Mixed glia were stimulated for 48 h with various TLR ligands and TNFα measured from culture supernatants by ELISA. Results are combined means ± SEM from 4 independent experiments. *LPS stimulation resulted in significantly higher TNFα production compared to all other TLR ligands (p 's < 0.001).
