  1. Subject ages are reported as means ± SEM, while PMI values are shown as medians with minimum and maximum values in parentheses. Gender distribution was significantly different between groups (chi square p = 0.020) with the AD group having more males than the other groups. There were no statistically significant differences between groups for age, PMI, frequency of expression of the different apoE alleles, or use of anti- inflammatory medications.
