  5. Haplotypes consist of SNPs rs2794521 (T > C), rs3091244 (C > T > A), rs1800947 (G > C), rs1130864 (C > T) and rs1205 (C > T).
  6. Non-neuritic SP are diffuse and primitive SP grouped together, neuritic SP are classic and burnt out SP grouped together; as measured by a neuropathologist.
  7. Prev % refers to prevalence of alleles.
  8. Assoc. refers to associations with CRP levels.
  9. CRP = c-reactive protein gene, SP = senile plaques, N = Number of cases, OR = odds ratio, CI = confidence interval, p = p value.
