DL0309 blocks degradation of IκB by LPS-activated glial cells. Microglia (A) and astrocytes (B) were pre-treated for 1 h with the indicated concentrations of DL0309. LPS (0.5 μg/ml) was added and, 45 min later, proteins were isolated and levels of IκB-α were measured by western blotting.
