Effects of SAHA on I-TAC production and ICAM-1 expression by IFN-γ-activated human astrocytes. Human astrocytes were pretreated with or without SAHA at the concentrations indicated for 1 h before stimulation with IFN-γ (50 U/ml). Astrocytes in the control group were incubated with medium only.
