Effect of hypothermia on microglial cell migration: wound healing assay. Effect of hypothermia on microglial cell migration was investigated by the wound healing assay. When the cells reached 90 % confluence, a single wound was made in the center of the cell monolayer and cell debris was removed by washing with PBS.
