Effects of bindarit on CCL2 expression in central nervous system (CNS) fractions during experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). Mice were immunized with MOG peptide to induce EAE, and were injected with bindarit (or MTC vehicle) as in Figure 5. At the indicated days post-immunization, mice were sacrificed and CCL2 mRNA levels determined in microvascular (A) and parenchymal (B) fractions. Bindarit treated groups were compared to vehicle treated groups. *P < 0.01.
