Levels of cyclooxygenase-2 and proinflammatory cytokines in lipopolysaccharide- and honokiol-treated BALB/c mice. BALB/c mice administered with different doses of HNK and 5 mg/kg body weight of LPS were analyzed by Cox-2 immunoblotting and CBA analysis.
