Histamine-induced migration requires p38 and Akt signaling pathways. (A) In scratch wound assays, both histamine- and H4R agonist-induced migration were inhibited in the presence of Akt inhibitor, wortmannin (50 nM) or p38 inhibitor, SB239063 (20 μM).
