  1. Total RNA was isolated from cortex and hippocampus of 12-month old APPswePS1dE9 and WT mice and TaqMan real-time PCR was performed in an ABI 7500 real-time PCR system as described in Materials and methods. Results were normalized relatively to mean of WT mice (n = 12).
