  1. BV2 cells and Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) were seeded at a 1:0.2 ratio in 6-well plates and left overnight prior to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation (1 μg/ml). Cell cycle analysis of BV2 cells (CD45 + ve population in co-culture) was performed using propidium iodide (PI) staining at the time points indicated.
