(C) Analysis of percent positive area in each region demonstrated significant reduction of total tau in the animals immunized with Wt-tau, while (D) reduction in AT8 (pS202-Thr205) tau levels was observed in both groups as compared to phosphate-buffered saline (PBS)-injected animals.
