Microarray data of the eight inbred male mice brains were retrieved and analyzed for differential expression in Phenogen Informatics. One-way-ANOVA was used as the statistical method. P values were further corrected by the Benjamini and Hochberg method for multiple test post hoc correction with FDR = 1E − 7. Mean expression levels are presented, and the highest and lowest levels for each gene are bold and italicized, respectively.
