Pictures A to G of ultrastructure show no obvious changes. However, in H picture, SGN’s cellular ultrastructure shows mitochondria vacuoles (show empty triangle), karyopyknosis (thin arrow), lysosome (thick arrow), and autophagosome (arrow head), black triangle: normal mitochondria, N: nucleus.
