(A-B) Immunoprecipitation was carried-out with anti-eNOS antibody and the immunoprecipitated proteins were blotted with antibody against anti-HSP90. (C-D) Immunoprecipitation was carried-out with anti-HSP90 antibody and the immunoprecipitated proteins were blotted with antibody against anti-eNOS.
