The effect of CXCR2 antagonist infusion on leukocyte rolling and adhesion in CNS vessels. WT mice received an intravenous injection of the CXCR2 antagonist SB225002 (1 mg/kg) 0.5 h prior to i.c.v. LPS injection. Four hours after i.c.v. LPS injection, the protein expression of P-selectin, VCAM-1, and E-selectin in the brain was determined by Western blot analysis (A).
