Lenalidomide modulates pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine protein levels in mThy1-α-syn tg mice. Additional cytokine levels were analyzed using a proteomic array in the cytosolic fraction of non-tg or mThy1-α-syn tg mice treated with vehicle, lenalidomide, or thalidomide.
