  1. Sequences were assigned to individual clonotypes based on amino acid changes in the residues of the V gene segment that contribute to the CDR3 and D and J gene segment usage. The frequency of each clonotype was calculated. The number of clonotypes >1 % of the total were tabulated, and the frequencies of these clonotypes were summated to give the percentage of the total number of clonotypes
